• Competitor analysis: Website research, analysis of offers and products compared to T-Mobile Online; carrying out presentations of findings to senior members. Ability to use own ideas and provide solutions and recommendations on improving sales.;
• Reporting: Monitoring online sales and providing suggestions to increase sales, compiling daily/weekly analytical reports for T-Mobile online sales sent across the organisation; tracking analytical data from team members; collating data; providing reports to T-Mobile headquarters; future forecasting decisions for stock. ;
• Relationship building: Developed and maintained relationships within the organisation. Working closely with managers of other organisations on the accessory website. Working closely with telesales teams in regular meetings on new promotions.;
• Training new staff: I received ad hoc training throughout the placement and was responsible for training a new employee at T-Mobile.
